What Are Google Search Ads?

Google Search Ads are the text ads that appear at the top and bottom of Google search results when someone searches for a specific keyword. You have seen them — they look like regular search results but have a small "Sponsored" label.

You bid on keywords — phrases that your potential customers type into Google. When someone searches "interior designer in Bangalore" or "best CA near me," your ad can appear if you are bidding on those keywords.

Start with Display Ads if: You are launching a new product and need awareness, your customers do not know your category exists yet, you want to retarget people who visited your website but did not buy, or you have a visual product that benefits from image-based ads.
